The Arm Kombat Wrist curl machine is designed to isolate your forearm flexors, and help develop your hand and wrist strength to a world class level  of cupping strength that is critical in arm wrestling. Isolating your hand and wrist with the padded supports will brace your forearm and takes your upper arm out of the equation to focus all the weight directly away from your palm at an angle that will actually try to pull your wrist backwards the exact same way an opponent would on the table. 
This is NOT an assembly line product! These machine are made to order and are made by hand. Please expect 4-6 weeks for delivery!
