The Wrist Spinner is built to attack your hand and wrist like nothing else. This single-sided Wrist Wrench is intended to target wrist stability and hand strength to best simulate the feeling of out of the strap arm wrestling. Unlike to Multi-Spinner, the Wrist Spinner is gripped with the full hand and thumb to focus more of the pressure onto the grip to give you the strength needed to lock down your opponents hand outside of the strap. excellent for both hooking and toprolling, it can be used to isolate the muscles required to both supinate and cup simultaneously for maximum hand and wrist control when securing a hook, or for isolating the muscles required to both  cup and pronate simultaneously for maximum hand control when toprolling. 
Made from ABS plastic it is both stronger, and lighter than PVC. It has a grippy non-slip surface,  steel carabiners and our signature AK tubular webbing to make this product built to last.
